Potterton Profoma 28. No hot water

When I open hot water tap, water is very luke warm, even having CH OFF, radiators gets hot when you turn on hot water tap. Any ideas what is wrong will be greatly appreciated.

Your diverter valve is probably stuck in the CH position.
