Promax 24HE on an open vent system was installed 18months ago.
Fault, intermittent lockout BG have failed to diagnose the problem despite seven visits but as the fault is intermittent, that's not surprising.
The boiler can and will run for hours then lockout or lockout immediately heat is called for.
This has been happening since the boiler was installed.
No pump overrun on this boiler, but should it have had one?.
