Potterton puma boiler problem

I have a potterton puma boiler, it has been playing up a bit the past couple of weeks. Drained system and put in anti sludge, drained it and refilled it again. About 2 days ago the boiler started making funny noises, now I have no hot water or no heating. The pilot light is on, but nothing is kicking in. Has anyone got any suggestions?? Thanks.
