Powder in drawer after low temp wash

Powder in drawer only wet after a low temp wash.

I know only hotwater valve takes powder. Have cleaned drawer.

Any ideas as to why only low temp washes would leave powder in drawer.

Its a hotpoint wm51

You must have a fault..go to hotpoint websit..its a good one..If you cant see your problem, send an email.
