How old is it ?? Direct swop integral or external programmer?? If its the reasonably newish model with integral programmer, isolate power and it can be changed by removing casing top and front , removing fascia screws and bringing fascia forward, unplugging clock and juggling it out by separating the plastic bit from the metal casing. Reverse assembly by juggling it all to sit straight and be secured.......... fiddly but not too difficult
The boiler is about 3 years old,timer has gone wrong twice but it was covered by Persimmons,so they changed it. Thank you very much for the advise.
