Just wondered if anyone has had bad experiences with builders repairing these houses

I haven't personally as we did around 6 months research into lots of different companies of which most are gone now.
But there is this page we came across about companies out there that are iffy to say the least.
We went landmarkprc.co.uk eventually they are pretty good and they have many contacts to back up any claims. Which was why we went with them. The other companies that were left didn't have much of a portfolio or had owned other companies that went bust or were plain scamsters. Wasn't easy to find a decent company but it was an obvious choice... the only choice :0)

It's an interesting read and the channel 5 program cowboy builders has 2 episodes regarding bad experiences with a few dodgy PRC firms..
