Preparing a bathroom floor for rubber flooring

10cm around the edge and 15cm centers in the middle of boards. Screws need to be about 25mm+ or use ring shank nails of 25mm +. You will need to skim over the screw heads and joints with skim coat/feather finish compound to stop the screw heads showing through the new flooring.
