I'm refurbishing a 25 year of garage which had its roof fall in so has a lot of moss / plants growing on the concrete slab it was built on. The concrete is also quite bumpy (random 3-5mm spikes) with some cracks so planning to screed it.
What's the best way to prep this floor? I was thinking scraping with a shovel to remove loose concrete then jet wash to remove moss/plants.
Given the bumpiness I also wasn't sure whether to use a membrane or to screed straight onto the concrete?
