I've fitted a 3.3 bar Techflow pump through a warix flange to a thermostatic mixer shower, my problem is the pressure on the cold side is quite a bit higher than on the hot, the cold is fed from the header tank. I would have thought the pressure would be equal on either side of the pump or does the shower valve take out some of the pressure on the hot side? Both sides are fed with 22mm pipe upto about a metre from the valve then drop down to 15mm.
Any advice would be appreciated.
