Preventing exteriour uPVC door from slamming ??

Hi,
I have a (2yo) uPVC front door that opens inwards that has a habit of slamming (damn kids).

Is there a device I can fit to this door to slow the closing speed over the last inch or two?? I want the door to move freely over most of its travel, just be controlled for the last inch or two.

Beating the kids is not an option - they may hit me back ;-)

The door has a 16mm EURO channel, if that helps.
