Preventing the heat penetrating shed roof

I built a shed last year within the 2.5m height so i couldnt use the warm roof method(not enough height).I am not worried about the cold just the heat as in the summer it is extremely hot in there.Any ideas without causing condensation would be appreciated

well, you could batten the roof (at 400mm centres vertically), apply some 18mm ply and then felt the ply to protect it.

that way you'd have an air gap and it ought to drastically reduce the heat in the shed.

failing that, have a look at the solar collector thread running at the moment - free energy man!!!
