Slight musty smell near the front door so I’ve removed the skirting board to reveal some damp proof membrane and slight dusty mould. Can I simply extend the membrane as it appears to not reach the floor? Or is it a bigger issue? Not damp to touch and no other areas with signs of damp etc.
