pricing per squc?are metre floot tiles

am looking to get gulfstone quartz tiles layed by a pro but have no idea where to begin and an approx cost i should expect to pay.... £20- 30 per square metre etc?

i am not prepared to give you a quote mate, BUT what i will say is that if it were me quoting you, and in my area it would be more than £30 m2, so i can imagine in london it will be more expensive again

get at least 3 tile fixers round for quotes...get ref/portfolio..

speak to them,see how you feel when talking to them,tell them what/how you will want them fixed etc...and then go with your ..gut instinct and not price!!..
