Prima LPR600 Dishwasher

Have had a fault for some time now with Prima dish washer. The chase which carries the water up to the upper tray keeps jumping of the two location holes at the bottem of the washer. Therefore the water can't get to the top tray unless the door is opened and the tube is re-located into holes. This can happen several times during a cycle. So annoying anyone have any ideas?

The part that the pipe plugs into needs replacing. It's a common problem.

Thanks for your reply. I still have a warrenty for parts (only) so I should be able to obtain this part. Do you know what it is called and can it be done as a DIY job or do I need to call on the services of those really expensive engineers!!

If your parts warranty is with Whirlpool you'll find that you must use their engineers for fitting. They won't supply the parts for diy.
