Pro combi problem

Hi all,
Can any one help with a pro combi 100 air pressure problem.called to the boiler today , air pressure switch was not changing state.striped fan and cleaned Venturi, boiler ran ok. Customer called again this afternoon to say boiler had broken down.air pressure problem again.returned and replaced air pressure switch to no avail.boiler will run with case front removed but cuts out as soon as its put back on.no signs of any restriction in flue. Any ideas?
