Problem with a tap

Hi Guys/Girls

Over a period of time one of my taps has gone from being normal to only just letting water trickle out of it. That is when it is turned on full. Any ideas on how i can fix it?

Take it apart. You may find the washer has spread so the side of it stops the flow around it. Trim with sharp knife.
