Problem with digital shower

Hi - I have a digital shower that is 8 months old and has just started playing up. For some reason it seems to be cold or only lukewarm in the morning. In the past it was always piping hot, but no longer! It's a Mira Vier pumped mixer ceiling-fed digital shower kit. All the pipework looks ok in the loft where the processor is. Any ideas??? thanks

Turn it off and on again, check inlet filters for blockages.

Thanks. How do I check the inlet filter? Do I need to disconnect the pipes and is this something a layman can try?!?

im assuming you have a digital processor box, the hot and cold will feed into this and then a single pipe out to the shower?

the inlet filters will be in the inlets to the box, or failing that in the shower it self.

sorry cant be clearer than that, as i never worked or fitted that model.

you will need to turn of the water to the shower first.

I checked everything I could but with no luck. Called out the Mira engineer and he replaced the mixer valve. Since then it's been back to normal
