PROBLEM WITH FLEXICOM 30 CX

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help, we had a new boiler, flexicom 30 cx fitted before xmas . Woke up this morning and boiler not working with F9 fault so....

reset .... resulting in loud juddering noise but nothing else

increased water pressure from 1.1 to 2.6 and reset, same noise and then nothing.

Tried reseting a couple of times more without fiddling with water pressure but keep getting this awful noise as it tries to start and then nothing.

Unfortunately no help from glow worm as need to be referred by fitter (n power) who are unavailable at weekends

I expect your ignition electrode has fallen to pieces.

Thanks for the reply, was hoping it was air maybe ... will see if we can get them round tomorrow before we all freeze !
