Problem with Glow worm betacom 24c boiler please help

Hi I have a glow worm betacom 24c boiler. When i turn the power on there is only a green light coming on. There are no red lights on or even flashing and boiler is not working - no sound - no hot water or central heating.
Iv called a few plumbers but no body seems to be able to fix it.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

you will need somebody to come and look at it as it could be anything

There is someone this forum who calls himself "Gasman77" who is in Berkshire.

He thinks that he can repair any boiler so you could try contacting him.
