I have a Glow Worm 56/2 back boiler. When I fire it up it will stay lit for about 5 minutes then just cut out and the pilot light also goes out. I have changed the thermocouple and this has enabled me to relight the pilot light when it goes out (I couldn't do this before). When the boiler does go out you can here a "click" as it does. Any ideas what is going on?

Thanks. Why does it "click" as it goes out?

Because the thermocouple has just lost its electromagnetic charge. I doubt very much whether it was the TC causing the original problem. BTW, how did you change the TC without removing the fire front?
