I live in a very hard water area. I want to find a solution to this and looked at several ways.
1 fit an inline water conditioner for the whole house, such as limetron £170 , stuart Turner £150 , combicare £40 +25 each year for new cartridges.
2 water softener unit £600 , but I dont have the space to fit this unit.
So would like your advice.
My word boiler not combi, was fitted 5 yrs ago and I want to protect this against timescale, also my washing m/c and dishwasher.
Again the water where I live is very hard.
Any advice would be welcome

If not combimate is a good product and on the plus side you can fit it directly to your mains , won’t be as good as a full water softener but it’s the next best thing
