problem with new radiator on microbore

Hi, just had a new kitchen radiator fitted to a combi system, tee'ed off from 22mm flow and return near boiler. Run is 22 to 15 to 10mm and is about 10-15metres long with a vertical drop and rise to radiator. Pipes were clear before connecting, valves are both open.

Radiator is stone cold, water flows when opening vent, flow pipe is hot for about .5 metre from tee, return is cold. Any ideas, rest of system is ok, do I need an auxilliary pump?
