Problem with Shower

Hi I have a Mira Play 9.5kw shower and today the water seems much cooler than usual on the normal setting I've always had it on. I've checked the filter also checked the resistance on both elements and they are reading around 16 ohms each also checked the solenoid and that has a resistance of 3.5 ohms which again seems normal?
Any ideas?
I do understand that the ambient water temp can affect the shower but it seems to much of a temp drop for this to be the case

Further to last post. Just measured incoming voltage at cu and barely reached 200v could thi be the problem. Have contacted supplier.

Supplier ( the people you pay to bill to ) or the DNO ( the company that manage the supply network ) ?

If the supplier and they are slow to respond contact the DNO who will ( should ) react very quickly ).
