Problem with worcester 28i

Hi everyone it's xmas eve and my 28i seems to have died,it sounds as though the fan starts up but then the boiler never tries to ignite.There anything i can check before calling an engineer?

How long has the boiler been off since it was last working?

Has it been raining or seriously snowing?

Have you checked the flue terminal to see if its blocked with snow or ice?

Maybe air pressure switch. Should be two rubber tubes visible, give one a quick squeeze and see if anything happens.
