I recently had 6 internal wood doors paint stripped. I will not be repainting but need to apply a finish. Some friends have used linseed oil but I have also been told wax is better but much more labour & time required.
Seems linseed oil can get sticky & darken with age though, again, one person said this depended on whether the linseed oil has been boiled or not but they couldn't remember which?
What do you recommend?
