I moved house recently to a place which has 3 flat roofs. They are made from fibreglass (I think) and are approximately 15 years old. They are coated with a dark green paint. The survey we had in July 08 recommended they were aging and should maybe have a specialist check them out (surprise!
)
Anyway, now having moved in - they seem fine. We had to get a roofer round to fix the main roof and when we had a couple round for quotes I asked if they could take a look. They thought they were ok, but one recommended applying a solar reflective paint to increase the life.
If I've not bored you so far.... can anyone recommend a good solar reflective paint to apply to fibre glass roofs? I've seen a post here where it was advised to prefer a more 'trade product' than a DIY shed's.
Any advice on a suitable product appreciated.
