I've just read the other thread on the Partner van, mines a bit different.

The van wasn't starting in the cold mornings we've been having this week.
In the end I decided on the glow plugs being changed first. So...
How do I get the plastic air inlet box off the top of the engine, so I can get to the plugs?
I've got it loose, but the metal pipe on the left hand side won't let me move it very far and its a right old struggle getting my hands underneath it to get to the plugs.

Or if I could take the box off the lump in front of it that has the metal pipe going into it, that would do it, But although I can turn the joint between the 2, I can't seem to get them apart.

I did manage (after 2 and a half hours) to get one plug out, only to find the bosch replacement plugs I'd been supplied with were the wrong ones. Oh the joy!
Thanks

I should have said, its a 1.9 diesel van, on a S plate.
I hope someone can advise me! I've a Haynes manual on order, they started making one in Feb 06 apparently, but it won't be here until the end of next week.
