Pullin PC 14 Thermostat not firing.

Hi,

I have a Smith's Timeguard connected to a PC.14 Thermostat.

The output light would click on and off and so I turned the timer off.

Now that I need hot water I turned it back on.

Now the Output light will not come on and not even if I press boost.

Any idea's.
