We have a Grasslin Towerchron QE2 controlling our heating and hot water. Both systems were on and working this morning, but my husband has just pressed 'boost' on the heating to turn it on and nothing happened - the red light on the towerchron would usually light up and we'd hear the boiler kick in, but no red light and no boiler action! I've reset the boiler and towerchron, turned both of them off and on again (and reprogrammed the towerchron). I've also tried setting the timer part of it to come on now, when the clock hits the 'on' time the red light isn't coming on. The separate thermostat is set correctly. I've also tried 'boost' and the timer for the hot water, and again, no red light.
