Grasslin Towerchron QE2

Hi

Hope someone can help. Have a Grasslin Towerchron QE2 Central Heating programmer which is good. I would like to know however, if it is possible, when the heating is in the permanently off mode, to turn it to boost mode but then go back to off mode. It seems to go to boost then automatically back to timer mode. Can anyone help please?
