I have a Baxi Solo 2 50 PF Boiler controlled by a Digistat RF 2 Thermostat and Danfoss FP715 Programmer and the sytem has a 'Grundfos 'UPS 15-50 pump.
The problem is that the pump runs continually after the boiler has switched off. Even during the night/early morning when the bolier has been off 7 or 8 hours (i.e thrmostat not calling for heat and no hot water required) the pump keeps going all night. It runs 24/7 no matter what the boiler is doing.
I am assuming that this should not be the case! Any ideas what the problem might be?
For your information we did have the PCB changed on the boiler just before Christmas but i can't remember whether the problem with the pump had already started before then.
