This would be messy (from an engineering p.o.v.), but...
Use the timing functionality of your posh timed relay to energise another (standard) relay.
You could hide it in a surface mounted pattress or some other enclosure.

Or you could remove a bit of pipe lagging and solve the problem. FFS !!
