Pumpes hot water

Currently im my ensuite I have a shower that is driven by hot water from the hot water cistern and cold water from the mains.

Could I fit a pump to the hot water side and then thermostatically mix the two together, and if so what special equipment would I need

Any suggestions would be appreviated
