Push fit connections under sink heater

I have fit these before and they have come with 1/2inch male threads for a flexi to connect on to will this accept a compression fitting. Need to re pipe to add expansion and prv. Currently has a vented tap.

Not quite sure what you mean. The fittings in your picture are speedfit on to 15mm pipework at both ends. These can be altered with compression fittings if required.
