My plumber was unable to unblock my radiator pipes. So I have had to take the floor up.

How do I remove the copper pipe from this fitting please? Connector probably from 2003.
It spins around. Thought I would ask first.

How do I release these?

That looks like a tectite classic there is a special tool made but you can get away with a adjustable spanner.
Just set it so it just slides on copper pipe and push/tap down on fitting collets. Helps to pull copper out at same time.

Used a hand air pump to push air and water through.

I had already tried. X400

They also tried rodding it, but I suspect they were doing the wrong pipe.

Thanks.

So it’s the raised brass part that needs pushing down. (Close to the pipe)

I tried a 17 and 15mm spanner but ended up using a screwdriver.

The 15mm spanner wasn’t the best idea.
