Push Fit or Copper Piping

Can I use Hep2O push-fit piping for both central heating and the hot water plumbing for taps?

Also, my existing copper pipe plumbing is set in concrete on the ground floor. When this is replaced with the new push-fit pipes should I concrete over them as before, and would you recommend insulating the pipes before their covered?

Any joints covered and generally inacessable should be soldered not compression.
If you are covering with concrete make sure you protect it with insulation.
