Putting up plasterboard for a sloping ceiling

I've never put up PB before but it's a small (8ft x 6ft) back bedroom so I'm going to try to do it myself. I'd just like to know if there's anything I need to look out for. The roof slopes up from the eaves and I'm putting up PB with a 40mm insulation backing.
 
make up a couple of dead men.basically some timber with a t piece screwed to the upright,so once youve lifted it up you can slide the deadmen into position and fix away.
