I need to replace the window sill cover around our bay window as many of the parts are cracked or damaged.
Not sure if this is how it should’ve been done but it’s what I’ve got. You can see in the picture below there’s a wood batten fitted and then the plastic sill over the top.
It’s 110mm deep but every PVC sill I can find online is at least 150mm deep which would overhang too much I imagine.
Any solutions or guidance would be fantastic? Can I just buy a 150mm deep sill and try cut it down or am I missing something stupidly simple?
