In december we had a leak in our central heating as one of the copper pipes deteriorate and it needed to be replaced.

We called a plumber who suggested to replace a section of the copper pipe with a pvc pipe.

Basically after one month we started to lose pressure from the boiler again indicating a leak. I am not sure where it is.

My question is

could be the pvc pipe section leaking? is pvc suitable for central heating as it goes under many hot/cool cycles?

It could be leaking from the plastic but more likely to be leaking from more copper that has deterioated. Call the plumber back to check the plastic.
