PVC Window Mechanism

Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to switch the direction of the opening mechanism in a PVC window? The handle currently points to the left, and opens when rotated 90 degrees clockwise. I would like it to be pointing to the right, and so it opens when rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise.

Take the mechanism out and flip it around, inline handles work either way round, cranked ones are handed
