Hi all,

Ive recently purchased a couple of Sashguards for our PVCu doors, they didnt come with any fixings, or instuctions - however seem straighforward enough to fit. i do have two questions:

1. Which way round to they normally go? (The only rotate 180 degrees), so do you have them lock over from the top, or swing up from below. Hope that makes sence!

2. Is there any special type of screw, or advised length I should use, pilot drill, or just self tap?

Thanks in advance

M.A.

Fit them so they point upwards, if your door is steel reinforced and most are then you'll need to pilot hole it first, a chunky threaded self taper will work
