I would power cycle the control panel.
Have you changed the engineer restore in programming from anti code to user ?

The SMS server that the panel is using maybe shutdown. You need to check how it’s set up in ARC settings

Ok so I calculated that it’s actually day 180 today

So I shut down the alarm mcb (even though the alarm remained powered on - must have built in back up battery?)

Anyway - as I opened the alarm panel I get a text message?!?

“-D Alarm - Case Tamper “

So I’m guessing the number is still active!
Which is good news as I don’t need to change the sim I think….

But how strange that it didn’t send me a text when the alarm actually went off??

Normally I get one when I let it ring out as a test ….

What exactly in ARC settings should I check please can you advise?

Alarms with a sim don’t normally use a server ….it’s straight on the mobile network …

I can’t understand why it would send a tamper message but not the senses movement one?!?

I got the message

When testing I did on B (downstairs only). I needed to do on A (whole house)

My settings must be so that only get a text for A….
