My current mains wired Smaile alarms keep going off at random times so I have checked and there passed there use date. So I am wanting to change them to the pyronix ones as I have a euro 46 alarm in my home can these be wired in to this and what are others thoughts on them or can others advise otherwise. Thanks in advance.

Pyronix smoke-we are wireless devices. Your system will require a wireless expander for these to work.You can purchase 12volt smoke detectors which can be wired to your alarm system.
No wireless only use menvier/Eaton M12

SparkyMarka, great recommendation on the Eaton M12. Just wanted to check as it is a normally closed (NC) sensor, circuit would need a resistor in series at the base connection (terminal 3 or 4) and do you wire as "auto-reset" (i.e. not latched)? Aware wiring might vary for various panels though (mine a Galaxy Flex 20). Thanks again.
