Pyronix Suprious Mask Alarms

Hi all,

I have a couple of Pyronix KX15DTAM ("15m Anti-Masking Dual Technology PIR"), and one of them is occasionally reporting false masking alarms in Wintex (and making a chime noise on the keypad):

Is there any way to tune the behaviour of this? I do have some clutter hanging that might be in the way of the PIR, but nothing that I would describe as looking like it should trigger a mask alert.

Interestingly, this has never set off the alarm, and only seems to trigger when the alarm in this area is not armed, and I'm in the room.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Thanks. Pretty sure I left it at default - is there a typical setting that would be normal for this kind of detector?

If its not grade 3 installation then i would just turn it all the way down
