Pyronix v10 Enforcer, Control panel Comm Fault

Hi I have a pyronix enforcer V10 for more than 5 years. Recently the contract panel showing alram as: Control Panel COMM Fault.
Is there any body here whi can advise how it can be resolved and cleared this?
What issue may causing this alarm?

Its telling you that the wifi/lan/pstn/gprs connection has been lost
Hi thanks, I had a good signal, but re- connected again to router, still same alarm.

What does the signal strength show? Isally have to set/unset to clear fault after reconnecting wifi
Check SSID and password are correct.
Code no twice, if set unset does not clear.
Hi it is connecting to network wnd showing connected with a signal strength of 13. The alarm is cleared by engineering code, but it comes again after fee hours.
13 is not great. Could try a wifi booster near control panel. Also change comm fault timer to 180
Thank you, it seems that I dont have reliable / strong enough signal from my router, even the router is pretty much close ( at front room, but a solid wall between).
Is that anyway to disable the wifi function as I am not currently use the app?
