Hello am working on a Quattro combination boiler, gas council number 4733301.
The customer complaint about the hot water, I was told the water was not getting hot enough, I therefore took a burner pressure and found out it was 8 mbar, it should be 12.8mbar, I tried setting the minimum and maximum pressure but it would not go above 8mbar (maximum) I therefore did a inlet working pressure which was fine, I was getting power to the moduleg and had a look at the thermister reading which were okay.
I therefore decided to telephone the manufacturers and I was told it could be the moduleg, pcb, ignition pcb which is located on the gas valve or thermistor.
Has anyone had a similar problem than this?
