In the past it looks as though someone was a little careless with the plastering in my hallway, as there are some areas where there are splodges which have been painted over.
My aim is to smooth over the raised areas of plaster and re-paint the walls properly.
I'm very much a novice when it comes to decorating, so could someone please tell me if this tool (or similar) will be capable of the task at hand...
