And I still don't know what the quick fire round was all about. If what I saw was a sample it was nothing more than quick fire insults.

It started off simply as "when it's good it's good"
I replied "Broussard"
Thinking it was a University Challenge question, starter for 10 no conferring!
Which foxed cantaloupe as I was referring to a Mark Broussard song that had those lyrics in and offered a link.
But Cantaloupe had by then travelled to Broussard, Louisiana.
Which I then commented on it's past as a "horse and buggy community"
At some point Blas questioned the speed of the quick fire round, then with all the excitement, I fell asleep. Only to awaken and find that the quick fire thread had been stricken off.
As you can now see, it was a fascinating and enthralling thread . I thought it was a stayer!
Not unless it was moved to the quiz section
