Quick Q - silicone onto the grout

Around the edges, the tiler has grouted and not put any silicone around the edges of the shower tray.

In order to fix this, do i around the edges of the shower tray , remove the grout at the bottom and put in the silicone, or put the silicone on top of the grout?

You need silicone sealant ,bridging from tray to tiles. As long as the grout does not prevent you from doing this leave it be.

I would normally rake the grout out as silicon wont take well over grout. Good tilers won't grout vertical or hoizontal joints that is what colour matched silicon is for.
