Quick step vinyl with underfloor heating on concrete floor

Hi. We are wanting to lay quick step vinyl flooring (planks) on a concrete floor in our hallway(approx 10 sq meters) We are planning on having electric underfloor heating as well. Just wanted to know if underlay is required and if so does it go below or above the underfloor heating. Also for the underfloor heating is any kind of screed required to fix it to the floor (or underlay). Just wanting details of the best combinations to maximise the heat from the underfloor heating but also dampen the sound from the floor. The floor is level so I don’t need any levelling compound.
